Shipping policy

All silver items are sent out within 1-4 business days of order placement & are shipped via your shipping choice at checkout. Merch items have similar turnaround, please email me if you would like more specific time frames for Merch items at wildspadeco@gmail.com.

Email confirmation of your order is sent as soon as your order is placed. Please reference this number when asking us about your order.

A separate email will be sent when your order is shipped with your tracking number. Please double check your shipping address & contact information at checkout. Buyer is responsible for supplying correct delivery information.

Shipments are manually processed & carefully hand-packaged for safe delivery.

Wild Spade Co. is NOT responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
