S H I P P I N G S P E E D / N O T I F I C A T I O N
All silver items are sent out within 1-5 business days of order placement & are shipped via your shipping choice at checkout. Merch items have similar turnaround, please email me if you would like more specific time frames for Merch items at wildspadeco@gmail.com.
Orders containing PREORDER item(s) that have other goods in the order will ship with the preordered piece(s) within the range of the deadline given for the preorder. They will NOT ship separately unless you would like to pay for both shipping costs which can be arranged by emailing me at wildspadeco.com.
Email confirmation of your order is sent as soon as your order is placed. Please reference this number when asking us about your order.
A separate email will be sent when your order is shipped with your tracking number. Please double check your shipping address & contact information at checkout. Buyer is responsible for supplying correct delivery information.
Shipments are manually processed & carefully hand-packaged for safe delivery.
Wild Spade Co. is NOT responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

There are several shipping options available to suit you. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgraded shipping for your new purchase please email us with your order number immediately upon purchase.
• Recently, USPS made an upgrade to First Class (now renamed as USPS Ground Advantage) packages to now have $100 USPS automatic insurance same as Priority Mail & Priority Express Mail have always had.
• All other FedEx ground & more / UPS ground & more come with an automatic $100 insurance
If you need MORE insurance than $100 it is YOUR responsibility to reach out to me before you order or as quickly as possible after placing an order. Customer requested insurance results in additional fees that need to be arranged before an item can be shipped. I recommend shipping with insurance as I cannot guarantee shipping safety after it leaves my possession.
If you need upgraded shipping on an existing order, please contact us ASAP to adjust charges before shipping.
Because your products are uniquely handmade & hand packaged well for shipment, Wild Spade Co. cannot assume responsibility for lost and/or stolen packages.

Merch items are made-to-order and are not eligible for return. Please use the supplied sizing charts & fabric descriptions to make sure you are ordering the correct size.

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. I will do my best to resolve any issue in my ability.
Unless there is an issue with the item that resulted from my error, all items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Wild Spade Co. is not responsible self-sizing errors. I recommend professional ring sizing for accuracy.
Stones are natural & can vary in material. Stones are represented in their listing images as accurately as possible to show true coloration. Slight variation of color may occur due to viewing differences.
I am a one-woman operation at Wild Spade Co. & I sometimes I make mistakes. Please contact me immediately if there is any discrepancy with an order.

Products are handmade with love & care that should last. All Wild Spade Co. items are .925 sterling & .999 fine silvers. Stones are unique & purchased from many reputable sellers.
Stones are known to be FRAGILE & do not hold up well to dropping on hard surfaces or working with industrial tools. Please keep this in mind & carefully care for your jewelry.
Items described as "dainty" are up to you to determine frequency of wear. Dainty items are not meant for everyday wear & tear and should be treated accordingly.
Wild Spade is not responsible for broken stones. If you have a silver element break within 2 weeks of purchase, I will work with you on compensation or assistance in finding repairs. I do not offer repairs at this time & highly recommend permanent jewelry artists for small fixes.
Wild Spade Co. does not offer jewelry repair OR resizing services.
